The Eastmont Towers Foundation

The Eastmont Towers Foundation seeks, receives and administers philanthropic support for the need of the Eastmont Towers community and the benevolent programs undertaken by Eastmont's residents and staff.


The Eastmont Towers Foundation is a 501-(c)-(3) not for profit corporation guided by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Foundation began in 1997. The Foundation accepts both restricted and unrestricted donations.  When gifts are restricted, the Board of Directors and the Foundation staff work with the donor to ensure their intentions are honored.  Unrestricted gifts to the Foundation are used as deemed appropriate by the Foundation Board of Directors.

Special Events

The Annual Monopoly Tournament is held in February. This event under writes The Monarch Benevolent Care Endowment Fund. This fund supports individuals receiving care at The Monarch whose financial resources are limited or non-existent.




The Eastmont Towers Foundation hosts an annual Golf Classic on the first Saturday in August. The proceeds from this event support the Foundation's Benevolent Care Fund. The funds raised through this effort are used to assist Eastmont residents who can no longer meet their financial obligations and guarantees that they continue to receive the appropriate level of care for the rest of their life.

The Eastmont Towers Foundation board of directors are appointed by the Board of Directors of Christian Retirement Homes, Inc., dba The Eastmont Towers Community.  Those persons currently serving the organization are:
