End of Life Care from THE MONARCH


THE MONARCH is a freestanding facility with primary emphasis on hospice to enhance the continuity and quality of hospice care delivered to terminally ill people in the community.  This property was gifted to the Eastmont Towers Community.  Donations from local businesses, foundations and individuals funded both the construction and the furnishings.

THE MONARCH provides a beautiful, home-like environment with space for family and friends to gather.  Our trained professional staff partner with all area hospice agencies to provide comfort/palliative care to residents and their families.

At THE MONARCH we affirm the cycle of life.  We care for the dying, give solace to the grieving, and educate the community.


Admission Requirements
Residents must be established with a hospice care provider and need partial or total assistance with the activities of daily living.  Medical supervision is arranged for by the resident, family or other persons before admission.



Nebraska Hospice and Palliative Care Association is a statewide partnership to improve the quality of life for all Nebraskans who have chronic conditions or are near the end of life and to support the various communities who care for them.
