Care Services at Eastmont Towers

Our health care team takes pride in providing patient centered, quality medical care. Their emphasis is delivering holistic care with respect for an individual’s unique needs. At Eastmont, "quality of life" and "quality of care" go hand-in-hand.

Eastmont has three health care areas that are licensed for assisted living. At The Seasons, residents enjoy private apartments, a dining room on each floor, activity, fellowship and exercise space. The Live-In Center offers residents both private and semi-private rooms in a more intimate environment.  The Monarch, which specializes in end-of-life care, features six home-like suites and provides medical and emotional support of hospice patients.  Eastmont's Care Center provides residents with skilled nursing care in both private and semi-private rooms.  Please visit the Assisted Living and Skilled Care pages under the Living Options section of our site for more information.

Outpatient rehabilitation services are available to residents and community patients in the Physical Therapy Clinic. In this location, individuals enjoy the upbeat and enthusiastic professional care provided and, with staff guidance, strive to reach their best functional outcome.  Eastmont also offers Palliative Care services for those in need of a hollistic approach to chronic health conditions.  Please visit our Rehabilitative Services and Palliative Care pages for more information.

Eastmont also offers End of Life Care at The Monarch, a facility with six home-like suites that provides medical and emotional support to hospice patients.  See the End of Life Care page for further details.
Superior Health Care Personnel
At Eastmont, you know that your health is in good hands.  Eastmont’s Health Care Administrator and Executive Director are both licensed Nursing Home Administrators.  The Medical Director is a staff physician who is a duly licensed medical doctor admitted to practice in the State of Nebraska, and who is on call on a 24 hour basis.

Eastmont’s Director of Rehabilitation Services is a Physical Therapist recently recertified as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist.  Additionally, Eastmont offers the services of a registered dietitian and a registered pharmacist who are retained as consultants.
Unlimited Access to Clinics & Staff
All residents have unlimited access to our Health Clinics which are staffed by professionals. These clinics can be utilized for routine blood pressure checks, health screenings, medication management and consultation. There is NO additional charge to Life Care residents for these services.

Eastmont has professional staff available to respond to your needs 24 hours a day. Every apartment is equipped with an emergency call system and our telephone switch notifies the Care Center staff if you call 911 so that they can take immediate action.
